Pre-Paid Legal Leads - 3 Paths, What Is Best?

Prepaid Legal leads can make the distinction between a favorable outcome and disaster in your small business. But, not all leads are born equal.

Whether you decide to buy leads or generate your own, there are three main "archetypes" or categories that you'll find advantageous in growing your Prepaid Legal business:

1. Possible customers. These prospects are interested in one of your products or services. If satisfied, they may be gingerly introduced to your program with reasonable success. But, they didn't start with an interest in making money, and they're going to need a lot of instruction.

2. Opportunity seekers. These leads are looking for a chance to make money. They may or may not be serious, that's for you to figure out. Also, they may or may not have specific interest in MLM or Pre-Paid Legal Services. Your job will be to find the serious ones, overcome their objections and guide them into your team.

3. Active network marketers. These leads are already in an opportunity, and looking for leadership in how to be successful. They aren't in Prepaid Legal, but you know two very significant things about them: 1) they like the idea of network marketing, and 2) they've demonstrated it with their credit card by enrolling in a program.

The most valuable prepaid legal leads are those in the latter group: active network marketers.

Why?

Well, as mentioned above, you are certain they have an interest in making money with network marketing. You will never hear them ask, "Is this one of those pyramid schemes?" and other such ridiculous questions. They're past that; they know better.

They also understand the business better than someone who's never been in MLM. So, once they sign up to your team and get up to speed, they'll produce results much more quickly (and with less instruction) than a regular person.

Lastly, they likely know other active networkers: their upline, front line, and even cross-line people they met at their company event. These are the kind of individuals you want as a Prepaid Legal Associate in your group.

They're in a business, though, and not necessarily looking to begin something new. It's your job to gently, and carefully, pique their interest without setting off any alarms.

The best way to do this is to lead with an offer that helps them in their existing opportunity... something not even related to your opportunity. Something generic, like advertising tools or education.

Earn their trust, and show your value to them by showing them how to move forward with their existing business. Show them that, unlike their existing sponsor, you are teaching them things that work. But make it understood that the only people who get your real focus are the people contributing to your financial success.

At that point, joining your group will be the next sensible action.

In summary, you can go after potential customers, you can pursue opportunity seekers, or you can target active network marketers. Of the three, active network marketers have the most potential to explode your group with the least effort. Focus your energies there, and your check will be transformed.
